About Biteline
Biteline is a family-owned restaurant concept from Sundsvall, Sweden, serving American-inspired pan pizza since 1989. Our craft is rooted in an original pan-baked recipe that delivers a soft, juicy base and generous toppings—comfort food with a modern twist. Today we operate as a locally anchored fast-casual brand with a strong focus on convenient pickup, delivery and a social dine-in experience, including our private room, Coaches Corner. We currently serve guests in Sundsvall and Umeå.
What We Serve
American-style pan pizzas: 20+ varieties such as American Way, El Fuego, Kebab Delight, Kentucky and Little Italy, with a Half ’n Half option. Sizes: Small 23 cm (1 person), Medium 30 cm (1–2), Large 40 cm (2–4) and Family/Special family size. We also offer a gluten-free thin base (single portion) and several vegetarian/vegan choices.

Build-your-own and add-ons: extra toppings; dips including garlic, chili aioli, BBQ, cheese, ranch, jalapeño and chipotle; dressings such as kebab sauce and Rhode Island; sides like potato wedges and coleslaw.
Salads, desserts and shakes: classics like Caesar salad (with chicken or shrimp), plus desserts, milkshakes in classic flavors and chilled soft drinks.

Menu structure
Our menu is available digitally (web/app) and in-restaurant, organized by clear categories from A–Z with helpful filters such as “Hot”, “Vegetarian”, “Vegan” and “Gluten-free”.
Service options
Dine-in, takeaway and delivery are offered in both cities. Catering is available and can be combined with our standard menu formats.
Lunch and weekly specials
On weekdays, we serve a pizza buffet with several varieties alongside rotating homestyle dishes. We also feature weekly specials (for example salad, burger, wrap/roll and vegan options). On select weekend hours, a pizza buffet is offered.
Digital convenience and loyalty
Our fast-casual model emphasizes quick ordering, smoother pickup/delivery and an app with offers and a loyalty program.
Spaces, Events and Bookings
Sundsvall: relaxed dining room and the private room, Coaches Corner (up to 25 people) with multiple screens and personal audio. The previous sports bar/bar setup has been phased out in favor of a quicker fast-food concept.

Events and groups: Coaches Corner is equipped for watch parties, team gatherings and compact presentations; you can show your own content, and we can tailor the menu for your group. Larger tables in the main dining room can also be reserved for social gatherings. Catering continues to be available—primarily from Sundsvall—with delivery solutions in both cities.
Reservations: Walk-ins are welcome. Private-room and larger-group bookings are handled on request; specific lead times, deposits and change/cancellation terms are confirmed during the booking process and may vary by date and scope. Table bookings can be made online.
